About the Role

We are looking to recruit a Vision & Hearing Technician to provide both clinic-based and local ECE hearing and vision screening services. Working alongside the Before School Check (B4SC) team will create an excellent opportunity to work with children within the community in a wide variety of settings and may include home outreach visits.
This role is permanent part-time for 20 hours per week.
The successful applicant will:
Need to have completed or be prepared to complete the NZQA vision and hearing training.
Be a culturally aware and competent kaimahi.
Be committed to ongoing professional and cultural development.
Have a full clean driver’s licence.
Be able to pass a Police vetting and safety check.
Computer literacy is essential and previous experience with excel or MedTech is desirable.
