Whanganui Regional Health Network is currently seeking a dedicated Kaiāwhina to join our fun, vibrant team. As a full-time member of the Manaaki Te Whānau Outreach team, you will play a vital role in providing population health services tailored to meet the unique needs of whānau. Your work will involve engaging with various communities, drawing on your knowledge of community dynamics and Tikanga Māori. Collaborating closely with healthcare providers, Māori health providers, and other agencies, you will actively contribute to the betterment of whānau health and well-being.

One of your key responsibilities will be to enhance participation in national screening programs, with a particular focus on engaging Māori and Pasifika communities referred to our outreach team. By delivering an outreach service, you will offer education, support, and guidance on national screening programs and other population health initiatives.
