Whanganui Regional Health Network is seeking a Kaiāwhina who is hardworking, passionate, loves working with people and their whānau in promoting health equity, and has had previous experience working within a community setting. This is a full-time position.

The Kaiāwhina will work as part of the Manaaki Te Whanau Outreach Team, to facilitate population health services based on the needs of individual and whanau, in order to improve health outcomes. Working in a variety of settings appropriate to client needs, you will have extensive knowledge of community and Māori tikanga, and will work collaboratively with health providers, Māori organisations and other external agencies to improve the health and wellbeing of whānau.
