FREE 6 Week Programme - The Pulmonary Rehabilitation and Self Care Awareness Programme is free. It is run weekly for 6 weeks and you can start anytime. Weekly sessions include 2 exercise sessions designed specifically for COPD patients. Followed by education, advice and weekly phone calls.
