Gonville Health is a primary care facility in the heart of Whanganui's Gonville community. Established in 2009, Gonville Health was developed and purpose-built based on the identified need to reduce inequity in health status for Māori, Pasifika and people living in low socio-economic circumstances within the community.

Gonville Health is a busy general practice with a vision and need for growth in the future to support a growing population.

Gonville Health provides a platform for individuals and their whānau to realise their potential to self-determine their future by integrating health and wellbeing, education and social services into the centre.

Our Health Centre is open

Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm.

We have an excellent administration team who will attend to your requests both in person and over the phone.

Our clinical team boasts a number of general practitioners, nurse practitioners and registered nurses who work collaboratively to attend to your healthcare needs.

If you are already enrolled with Gonville Health and would like to make an appointment, give the team a call.

If you are new to the area or would like to register with a general practice, please click here for further details on the enrolment process.
