An enticing opportunity has arisen for either a General Practitioner, Nurse Practitioner (or on a pathway to advanced nursing) or Nurse/Pharmacist Prescriber to join our caring and friendly team at the Stewart St Surgery. This general practice is owned by Te Rūnanga o Ngā Wairiki Ngāti Apa and located in Marton. The clinic operates a daily service, 8am to 5pm.

 

This is a permanent full-time position, based in a clinic committed to reducing health inequity for Māori and other vulnerable communities.  Your focus is to improve health outcomes through advanced nursing practice, while providing leadership and consultancy in a primary health care setting.  Operating in a patient centred manner within the Whānau Ora model, you will develop innovative approaches to problem solving and effectively manage your own caseload within your scope of practice.
