We are looking for a passionate, community focused individual to join our team as a Kaiāwhina. This is a rewarding opportunity to be at the frontline of healthcare, walking alongside patients and their whānau as they navigate their care journey. In this role, you will help break down barriers to access, support whānau through the health system, and provide the social support needed for a safe return home. This role is 32 hours per week.
