Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Have excellent assessment and communication skills

Hold a current Annual Practising Certificate

Hold ACLS Level 6, or are willing to obtain it

Have experience in urgent care, emergency or primary care, or are ready to bring your skills into an urgent care setting

Have training or experience using the Australasian Triage Scale (ATS), although this isn't essential

Located alongside ED at Whanganui Hospital, WAM provides urgent and primary care to the Whanganui community 7 days a week. We believe in great teamwork, continuous learning and putting patients first.
